The rates set forth below are semi-flexible, and the final costs in creating a website, including, but not limited to; pages and page content, custom graphics, custom backgrounds, custom buttons, etc, will primarily depend upon the content (complexity or simplicity, business or casual) of what you wish to be designed and created for use on your website. 

All websites will retain a © symbol upon them that covers layouts designs and graphics created. All graphics and layouts are used under the knowledge, and upon agreement that you may not alter, or change graphics/layouts without express written permission.

Websites created will be made compatible with the three primary internet browser platforms, Internet Explorer (primary compatibility), Mozilla Firefox, and Netscape Navigator.

Design Pricing

Cost Per Page: $25.00 - $30.00 *  (This covers standard web pages. Pages with more complex designs, such as div layers, frames or i-frames will typically cost 30 dollars. Rarely will a page go over this 30 dollar fee.)

Pedigree Pages: $5.00 [This is Pet Page Specific.] (Includes up to the fourth generation. All pedigree pages will come with a graphic of the animals included at no extra charge, along with any specific documentation you'd like added concerning the animal.)

Cost Per Photo: $2.00 (Includes scanning, and/or graphic cleaning/modifications. Framing of a graphic, resizing, all basic graphic work is covered under this fee.)

Custom Graphics: (Price Varies by Graphic Type)
      Background: $10.00
      Banner: $5.00
      Button Set: $10.00
      Logo: Varies *

Cost Per Update: $10.00 (This fee is on a per page basis, and depending on the complexity of the updates, additional fees may be charged. Adding additional text, or sections of a web page will be no extra charge. Changing existing images also have no extra charge. Adding new graphics however, will cost a per photo/custom graphic fee, depending upon what is desired by the web page owner.)

Uploading: All uploads will be done free of charge.

Search Engine Registry: $5.00
